Caught & Delivered, approached us with a brief to create a new brand identity, website, and social media presence. As the home-delivery arm of one of the UK’s top fish suppliers, who currently serve over 500 restaurants and food producers, Caught & Delivered was created to bring the same high-end restaurant quality fish directly to households across the country. Their mission rooted in making quality, sustainably caught seafood more accessible, while also promoting the health benefits of eating fish regularly and supporting the UK’s fishing communities.
Our brief was not only to help them sell more fish, but to grow an online community of seafood lovers.
We were tasked with designing a new website that would offer a seamless and engaging user experience; allowing customers to easily explore the product range, enjoy special offers and discover new recipes, and to establish and grow Caught & Delivered’s social media presence, attracting followers to share special offers, introduce new products and recipes.

Customer Retention

In a market saturated with special offers and promotions, building genuine customer loyalty is a significant challenge - even when offering the highest quality products at competitive prices. Recognising that retention is worth the effort, we recommended introducing a loyalty scheme designed to make customers feel part of a wider community and to reward their continued support.

The result was the launch of our successful loyalty initiative, "Reel in Your Rewards" - a catchy and engaging campaign that has resonated strongly with customers. For a brand that already prides itself on exceptional customer service, this was a natural and strategic evolution. The scheme not only encourages repeat purchases but also reinforces a sense of belonging and appreciation, further strengthening the relationship between Caught & Delivered and its growing customer community.

Social Media Content

Since their launch in January 2024, both Instagram and Facebook platforms have flourished - growing organically through a well-rounded strategy that includes targeted paid advertising, engaging video content, and interactive competitions. We’ve developed a simple yet effective style of recipe photography and video content for Caught & Delivered, all shot and edited in-house by our creative team. These videos are designed to be approachable and visually appealing, with themed shoots covering everything from easy tray-bakes and summer barbecues to festive Christmas specials.

In the summer of 2025, we supported the launch of ‘Made For You’ - a new range of pre-prepared fish dishes and traditional favourites by producing a series of short, engaging videos. Each one showcased serving suggestions and complementary side dishes, helping to inspire customers and demonstrate how quick and delicious mealtimes can be with Caught & Delivered. This content has played a key role in driving engagement and positioning the brand as a practical, tried-and-tested recipe resource in the minds of our followers.
It’s fair to say the team at Allen Creative are passionate foodies - and we love fish - so working with Caught & Delivered is a genuine joy.
